Ponds

From large-scale commercial water features, aquariums and tanks to backyard koi ponds, Raincity Rock can make all of your pond projects come to life. We�ve built tanks that hold everything from killer whales and seals to fish and frogs, and everything in between. While we can work with simple liners, adding a layer of concrete creates a more watertight shell and hides unsightly black liner at water level. This can be especially effective for deep ponds or structures with vertical sides that cannot be camouflaged with river rock. This has been accomplished particularly well in our Adera Green and Parkside projects in our Commercial section. In our Blue Mountain project, the concrete pond was instrumental for low-maintenance through all seasons (as seen on our YouTube page) and also created three water-level weirs that were used for water-borne plants such as cattails and lily pads.
