Overlooking English Bay, this spa became the model for the industry. Needing some privacy in a crowded and exposed neighbourhood, the client oriented this spa to create a visual break from neighbours while framing his own view of the summer sunset to the west. The spa is partly covered by a grotto-style cave (complete with lighting, jets, stereo speakers and drink holder ledges) which allows the home-owner to enjoy the spa year-round. In fact, we understand the spa is as much fun in stormy weather as it is in sunshine.
