Lindsay Residence

When the Whistler construction company building the Lindsay Residence approached us to match existing rock cladding on the home, our artist set to work breaking new ground. We couldn't have known the match would be so perfect and the process so efficient! The 1000sf of cladding pictured above was carved in a single day and painted in a following morning's work. Although the line between the existing real stone cladding and our concrete is obvious in the photos above, the exercise shows clearly that there is no discernible difference in the style or quality of the finishing. The concrete also provides a more thorough rainscreen as the cracks between the "stones" are merely lines and therefore still completely cover the surface within. For homeowners and contractors alike, the pricing is much lower than equivalent stone mason work.
