This is truly "nature by design". Hiding an unsightly driveway cutback, this wall is a feature unto itself. The high detail and depth of rockwork make it almost unidentifiable as artificial rockwork. The detail is as much in attention to carving as it is to staining and painting. While this wall did not require engineering, walls over 4 feet must be designed and inspected by a registered structural engineer. Instead of forming a concrete wall and then cladding it in granite or an expensive stone alternative, we encourage our clients to contact us at the design stage. We can build our rock wall with steel patterns and concrete thickness to engineer specifications, thereby reducing unnecessary work and costs.
